Feedback wall: accelerating continuous improvement in the organizational layer

Communication issues increase exponentially when comparing small to big companies. Find the correct person for a given subject, be effective on the communication (ticket/F2F), avoid bureaucracy and even don't believe that management can address simple questions quickly, impact not just the companies’ goals but also employees motivation. Also, think on why should I wait for some other to fix/improve something if I feel I can do it collaborating with my organization?

To solve this kind of problem and give visibility of a solution progress for the problems a feedback wall is adopted!

But..what is a feedback wall? The feedback wall is an agile tool that can be used in retrospectives (usually) to continuous improvement. It helps teams to express what make them happy and what make them unhappy. Feedback wall is a very cheap, easy and impactful tool that can be used in:

projects, so the team can create feedbacks about a planning meeting or sprints (so you don't miss things for the team retrospective);
events (like this) so participants can give feedback about it, for example: Wi-Fi is not working fine on room X, the coffee break is awesome, etc;
operational level (that is the focus of my presentation) as a permanent asset to organization continuous improvement, fostering communication and collaboration between management and employees
